Lead Multidisciplinary Interface Coordination Across Major LTA MRT Construction Projects

Company: Leading A1 Main Contractor

Position: Coordination Manager (Interface)

Working Week: Monday – Friday, 5 Days per Week

Salary: Up to SGD 11,500 per Month (Highly Negotiable)

Project Types: LTA MRT Stations | Underground Structures | Civil Infrastructure

Project Location: Singapore

Eligibility: Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage multidisciplinary interfaces across Civil & Structural, Architectural, M&E and specialist works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and resolve design, technical and construction interface issues to minimise project delays.
• Manage interface registers, technical submissions and coordination meetings, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate construction sequencing, site access and work boundaries across different project disciplines.
• Work closely with project management and construction teams to monitor interface progress and achieve milestones.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, including interface management or multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience in LTA Civil Infrastructure or large-scale Building Construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of C&S, Architectural and M&E coordination, including design and construction interfaces.
• Familiarity with construction sequencing, technical submissions and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
