Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts.

Proficient in SQL Accounting Software.

Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax-related documentation.

Knowledge of Malaysia's e-Invoice requirements and submission procedures.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are welcome.

Handle the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

Perform bank reconciliations and month-end and year-end closing.

Manage cash flow monitoring and financial recordkeeping.

Handle e-Invoice preparation, verification, and submission in accordance with applicable LHDN requirements.

Ensure e-Invoices and supporting documents are properly maintained and submitted to the accountant for accounting records and further processing, where applicable.

Assist with audit schedules and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties.

Ensure accounting records are accurate and properly maintained.

Assist with tax and statutory reporting requirements.

Perform other finance and accounting duties as required.
