• Assist the dentist during dental procedures including examinations, fillings, extractions, root canals, and surgeries.
• Hand instruments to the dentist, operate suction devices, and ensure the dentist has everything required during treatment.
• Anticipate the needs of the dentist to ensure efficient workflow.
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare dental instruments and equipment before and after each procedure.
• Maintain strict infection prevention and control standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Welcome and prepare patients for treatment.
• Provide reassurance and support to nervous or anxious patients, especially children and those with dental phobias.
• Offer post-treatment care advice and oral hygiene education.
• Set up the dental operatory before each patient visit and ensure all materials and instruments are ready.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all clinical areas throughout the day.
• Assist with scheduling patient appointments and managing the daily appointment list.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Liaise with patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up appointments.
• Monitor and manage dental supplies and materials.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and alert the appropriate person when ordering is needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of dental environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
