Tanggungjawab

We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in .NET technologies and proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide a development team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and oversee technical delivery.
  • Develop and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Angular or React.
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs and optimize application performance.
  • Lead database design, including ERD, data modeling, and schema design.
  • Ensure code quality, application security, and development best practices.
  • Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with team leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with Angular or React.
  • Strong knowledge of OOP, MVC, REST APIs, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
  • Mandatory: Strong experience in ERD design, database modeling, and schema design.
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
