My client is looking to hire a sales associate!
They are a company that specialize in providing quality office chairs and office tables designed to create comfortable, functional, and professional work environments. From ergonomic office chairs that support long working hours to practical and stylish office tables, their products are carefully selected to meet the needs of modern businesses, be it whether you are working professionals or people working from home.
Responsibilities
Assist walk-in customers
Show and demonstrate on usage of company's product
Reply online enquiries
Handling of both quotations and invoices
Handles customer feedback
Any ad-hoc task given by the manager
Requirements
Customer-Focused
— Take the time to understand each customer’s needs, preferences, budget, and workspace before recommending a product.
Solution-Oriented
— Recommend the right furniture solution rather than simply pushing a product.
Good Communication Skills
— Explain product benefits clearly, professionally, and confidently.
Strong Product Presentation
— Demonstrate the comfort, functions, quality, and practical benefits of our chairs and tables effectively.
Understanding of Ergonomics
— Help customers choose chairs that provide proper comfort and support for their working needs.
Unlike other retail sales position that has irregular working hours, the working hour is fixed from
9am to 6pm on weekday and 10am to 5pm on weekends.
You will only be working 1 weekend each week!
Not only that, the
compensation package
is attractive! Not only you will receive mobile and transport allowance, you will also be receiving different incentive and commission that ranges from
$500 to $2000
