· Develop the initial room pricing structure, rate plans, packages, promotional offers, and distribution strategies.

· Set up reservation processes, booking channels, room inventory, and rate loading in the relevant hotel systems.

· Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and IT to ensure all room categories, rates, packages, and booking conditions are configured accurately before opening.

· Prepare the resort's revenue strategy, opening forecast, and reservations readiness plan.

2. Revenue Management & Strategy

· Develop and implement pricing and yield management strategies to maximise room revenue and profitability.

· Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, market demand, competitor pricing, and market trends.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

· Manage room inventory, rate availability, minimum length-of-stay restrictions, and demand-based pricing.

· Identify opportunities to increase revenue during peak periods, low seasons, holidays, and special events.

· Conduct market and competitor analysis to support pricing and business decisions.

3. Reservations & Distribution

· Oversee daily reservations operations, ensuring accurate booking management and prompt guest responses.

· Manage room availability, reservation enquiries, cancellations, amendments, group bookings, and special requests.

· Monitor and manage online travel agencies (OTAs), the resort's direct booking channels, and other distribution platforms.

· Ensure rate parity, accurate room descriptions, promotional details, and booking conditions across all channels, where applicable.

· Coordinate with Front Office and Sales to manage room blocks, group bookings, VIP reservations, and special packages.

· Monitor reservation conversion, cancellation patterns, no-shows, and booking trends.

4. Systems & Reporting

· Ensure effective use of the Property Management System (PMS), Central Reservation System (CRS), Revenue Management System (RMS), and channel manager, as applicable.

· Maintain accurate rate, inventory, and reservation data across all systems.

· Prepare revenue forecasts, pickup reports, pace reports, and business performance analysis for management review.

· Work with the relevant hotel management and brand support teams to comply with Wyndham's revenue management standards and reporting requirements.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

· Recruit, train, and supervise the Reservations team in preparation for the resort opening.

· Establish departmental work schedules, service standards, and performance targets.

· Work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop packages, promotions, and demand-generation strategies.

· Collaborate with the General Manager and department heads on occupancy forecasts, room availability, and commercial planning.

· Ensure the team delivers professional, efficient, and guest-focused reservation services.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in revenue management and reservations within the hotel or resort industry.

· Previous experience as a Revenue Manager, Revenue & Reservation Manager, or Assistant Revenue Manager is preferred.
