Job Summary
Support contract administration by preparing tender submissions, progress claims, and payment certificates while maintaining accurate contract and procurement documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
Prepare tender submissions and progress claims to support contract bidding and monitor project progress
Generate payment certificates for sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate payments
Manage procurement-related administrative tasks to maintain efficient purchasing workflows
Maintain accurate and organized documentation and records for contracts and procurement activities
Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and contribute to project goals
Adapt to changing priorities by performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or a related field
Demonstrate meticulousness, responsibility, and strong organizational skills in managing contract documents
Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support project execution
Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to meet project demands
Manage workload efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Show motivation and eagerness to learn new skills and processes to improve performance
Other Information
Monthly Salary Range (SGD): $2,000.00 - $3,000.00
Working Days: 5 days per week
