IT MANAGER

Pre-Opening Team | Wyndham Semporna Resort, Sabah

Job Responsibilities

· Lead the IT pre-opening setup, including network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, hardware, software, and system implementation.

· Manage hotel systems, including Property Management System (PMS), POS, reservation systems, and other hospitality technology platforms.

· Ensure system integration, cybersecurity, data protection, and reliable IT operations.

· Coordinate with hotel management, vendors, and Wyndham support teams on IT setup and operational readiness.

· Establish IT policies, procedures, backup systems, and technical support processes.

· Recruit and train IT personnel and provide technical support to all departments.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Minimum 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably in the hotel or resort industry.

· Must have previous hotel or resort IT experience.

· Hotel pre-opening experience will be an advantage.

· Knowledge of hotel PMS, POS, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and hospitality systems integration.

· Strong troubleshooting, project management, and vendor coordination skills.

· Able to work independently and meet pre-opening deadlines.

· Willing to be based in Semporna, Sabah.

Pay: From RM66,000.00 per year
