Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Control

• Lead timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across the Group.
• Oversee group consolidation activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Deliver meaningful management reports, highlighting key business trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial information.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investments.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational performance.
• Monitor business performance against budget and identify areas for improvement.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Manage cash flow planning, forecasting, and liquidity requirements.
• Oversee payment processes and working capital management.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking and financial institutions.
• Support financing activities, treasury management, and funding strategies.

Tax, Audit & Compliance

• Ensure timely statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory submissions.
• Manage direct and indirect tax matters, including tax planning and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure smooth year-end closure processes.
• Maintain sound financial governance and compliance practices across the Group.

Process Improvement & Leadership

• Drive finance transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and process efficiencies.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve reporting capabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and capability.
• Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support organisational objectives.
