We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Administrative Assistant to support day-today operations within a fast-paced financial advisory environment. This role provides exposure to business operations, client servicing processes, and internal coordination within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions
Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, NotebookLM) to summarise information and create visual materials
Assist with documentation, data entry, and preparation of reports and presentations
Support client servicing processes, including coordination of documentation and follow-ups• Liaise with relevant departments (e.g. Operations, Compliance, Finance) to facilitate processes
Track and monitor submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives
Support social media or digital content creation• Assist in organizing group events, client events, or awards functions
Adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Notebook LM, Canva or similar) is a plus
