Kelayakan
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the security system industry.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Able to supervise technicians and coordinate site activities effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and handle site-related issues.
- Willing to travel or work at different project sites when required.
Tanggungjawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and installation works.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
- Monitor site progress and ensure all works are carried out according to project requirements and schedules.
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to technicians on site.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure good quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, contractors, and clients regarding site activities and progress.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with safety requirements and regulations.
- Report site progress, issues, and delays to Management.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on site.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and project handover activities when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
