Kelayakan

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in telemarketing skill 

  • Comfortable appearing in social media content (videos/live sessions).

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.

  • Strong communication and sales skills.

  • Experienced in serving the Malaysia market.

Tanggungjawab

  • Follow up with ready customer leads regarding personal loan and mortgage products.

  • Build relationships with customers and provide suitable financial solutions.

  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.

  • Create engaging social media content and be comfortable appearing on camera to promote products and services.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide excellent customer service.
