Basic Electronic & Electrical Technical Knowledge (Relays, DC/AC Voltages, etc)

Basic skills in MS Office (Excel, Word.)

Must possess a valid driving license (Class D/B2) and be willing to travel daily within the Klang Valley.

Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical issues to clients clearly.

Ready to handle urgent service calls if required.

Experience in installing or maintaining ELV systems is an Advantage

FRESH GRADUATES are welcome. On site training will be provided.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fire Alarm, SMATV, and Intercom).

Conduct thorough site walks at existing client locations to identify potential faults or upgrade needs.

Assist the sales/project team by visiting potential new sites to take measurements, assess technical requirements, and provide site reports.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site to minimize system downtime.

Prepare brief daily site reports and service sheets for management and clients.
