Role Description

- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001, ISO 41001, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable ISO standards.
- Perform internal audits, compliance checks, and support external audits; track and verify corrective and / or preventive actions.
- Monitor quality performance, analyse data and trends, and recommend improvements.
- Assist in reviewing processes and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness
- Maintain proper documentation control, including procedures, records, and revisions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on IMS-related matters.
- Prepare reports and data for management review and / or client requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and tender/bidding activities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline from a recognised institution
- Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 41001, 22301, 27001) preferred
- Preferably ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certified
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and process good problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a team
- Has a good safety mindset and display good WSH behaviour
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
