We are looking for an organised and service-minded Administrative Executive to support our Director, guide prospective students and parents through their course enquiries, and work with our business development teams in China and Vietnam to grow our international student community.

Key Responsibilities

Course Enquiries & Prospective Student Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for course enquiries from prospective students, parents and agents.
• Advise enquirers on programmes, entry requirements, fees, intakes and how to apply.
• Follow up on enquiries to encourage applications and keep enquiry records up to date in the CRM.
• Hand over applicants to the Student Services team for admission processing.
• Conduct campus tours and support open houses, information sessions and education fairs.

Business Development Support (China & Vietnam)

• Act as the Singapore liaison for NSTC's business development teams in China and Vietnam.
• Process leads and applications referred by the overseas teams and agents, and keep them updated.
• Coordinate agent onboarding and records in line with CPE guidelines.
• Prepare course information, brochures and marketing materials for each market.
• Support overseas roadshows, webinars and partner visits, and host visiting agents and delegations in Singapore.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, applications and enrolments from both markets.

Administration & Director Support

• Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, correspondence and travel arrangements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations and reports.
• Follow up on action items across departments and keep the Director informed.
• Provide backup support to the Student Services team during peak periods such as intakes and orientation.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education or a related discipline.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, executive support, course consultant, admissions or customer service role is preferred.
• Experience in a private education institution or with international student recruitment and agents will be an advantage.
• Candidates without prior working experience are welcome to apply.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service-minded and confident when speaking with students, parents and agents.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with overseas teams across different time zones.
• Discreet in handling confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; CRM experience is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,200 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
