Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Kota Damansara. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and conducting lead generation activities through calls, meetings, and digital outreach. The role includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating terms to close deals. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings, provide feedback on market trends, and support account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Regular reporting on sales activities, performance, and forecasts is also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify prospects and expand the customer base.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support ongoing engagements.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct effective presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in IT or technology-related sales, with the ability to understand and articulate service offerings.
• Candidates should have strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
