Minimum ten (10) years’ relevant work experience.

Possess effective leadership, management skills and communication skills

Good team player, Self-motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding of the site safety plan and the safety activities operation flow

Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia and Computer literate

CIDB Card Holder

Prepare documentation prior to execution of the project such as project budget, schedule and drawing.

Provide direction and guidance to staffs in their job assigned and motivation to achieve job satisfaction.

Co-orporate & good communication with other Manager on project report, technical improvement, and manpower allocation, Purchasing Department on supplier information and purchasing related, and Tender & Estimation Department on costing related.

To source for new customers to achieve future year target.

To achieve kentokai target for the project (if applicable).

Follow company compliance rules as compulsory.

Responsibility includes project quality assurance, safety execution and client coordination.
