Helps the organization turn strategic priorities into measurable plans and track how well those plans are being delivered. Works with business leaders and functional teams to define objectives, performance indicators, targets, initiatives, owners, and timelines. Collects information from across the organization and helps maintain a clear view of progress, results, risks, and decisions that may affect delivery.

Analyzes financial and operational performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring attention. Prepares dashboards, scorecards, reports, and presentations for management reviews and planning discussions. Investigates differences between actual results and targets, works with teams to understand the reasons behind them, and helps develop practical actions to improve performance.

For strategy execution work, coordinates planning cycles, tracks strategic initiatives, maintains delivery plans, and follows up on milestones and dependencies. Helps ensure that teams understand how their work contributes to organizational priorities and raises concerns when deadlines, resources, or expected outcomes are at risk. For business excellence work, may review processes, identify inefficiencies, and support continuous improvement, service quality, or operational excellence initiatives.

Partners with finance, operations, human resources, strategy, and other teams to improve reporting consistency and data quality. Helps establish common definitions and reporting routines so that leaders can compare performance across departments or regions. May facilitate review meetings, document decisions and actions, and monitor whether agreed improvements are completed and delivering the intended results.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, operations, engineering, or a related field
• Experience in business performance, strategy execution, corporate planning, business analysis, or continuous improvement
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and operational data
• Experience defining or tracking key performance indicators, targets, initiatives, and delivery milestones
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation software; experience with business intelligence or dashboard tools is an asset
• Ability to gather information from different teams, check its quality, and present it in a clear and consistent way
• Strong report-writing and presentation skills, including the ability to explain findings to senior stakeholders
• Good project coordination skills and ability to follow up on actions, risks, and dependencies
• Structured problem-solving approach and ability to identify performance trends and potential root causes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working across functions and organizational levels
• Attention to detail and ability to manage recurring reporting cycles and multiple initiatives
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods, process mapping, or change management is beneficial
• Relevant qualifications in business analysis, project management, data analytics, or operational excellence are an asset
• Experience supporting executive reviews, strategic planning cycles, or organization-wide transformation programs is beneficial for senior roles
