Job Responsibilities
Assist with daily production activities, ensuring assigned tasks are carried out efficiently in accordance with established production processes and schedules.
Perform packing, packaging, labelling and preparation of finished products in accordance with the Company's quality standards and requirements.
Check finished products for quality, quantity and packaging accuracy before storage or dispatch.
Assist with preparing materials, handling products and moving supplies to support smooth daily production activities.
Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and good housekeeping practices within the production and warehouse areas.
Assist with receiving, unloading, checking and organising incoming deliveries, materials and supplies.
Support daily warehouse activities, including stock arrangement, shelving, sorting, picking and packing of customers' orders.
Prepare, organise and pack products for customer collection or delivery.
Assist with basic stock checks and ensure products and materials are properly stored and handled.
Assist the Company driver with loading, unloading, transporting and delivering customers' orders to designated locations, as and when required.
Ensure products and customers' orders are handled carefully to prevent damage, loss or incorrect deliveries.
Work closely with the production, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Follow the Company's workplace safety procedures, operational guidelines and instructions from the Superior.
Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior or Management.
Requirement:
Basic knowledge of workplace safety and good housekeeping practices will be an added advantage.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well as part of a team.
Able to perform hands-on tasks, including packing, lifting, loading, unloading and moving goods.
