We're looking for a creative, energetic, and people-oriented individual to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will drive internal communications and employee engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience and strengthen organizational culture.
Contract: 6 Months
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Salary up to $5000
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for internal communication channels, including intranet, email campaigns, and social platforms.
Develop communication materials to promote HR, learning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, townhalls, and corporate events.
Coordinate communication campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Produce basic visual and marketing content using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Provide administrative and project support for HR, learning, and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in HR, internal communications, marketing, employee engagement, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
