Accurately enter and validate collected data to maintain high data integrity
Assist respondents in completing surveys either online or through manual data collection
Conduct field visits for respondents who are not reachable via phone or online channels
Update call outcomes, survey status, and progress reports daily using assigned tools (e.g. Excel)
Adhere to project timelines and data quality standards
Office: Novena
Working days: 5 days across Monday - Sunday
Working hours: 12pm - 9pm
Requirements
Minimum A levels or Diploma in any field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polite, professional approach
Self‑motivated and able to manage time and tasks independently
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and basic data entry tools
