Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Mathematics or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PMC Planner.

• Fresh graduate are welcome

• Good understanding of material requisition processes and production planning.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including VLOOKUP, IF, IFS, SUMIFS and Pivot Tables.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and discrepancies in large datasets.

• Able to independently handle and resolve material planning issues.

Communication & Personal Skills

• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin is compulsory

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to present reports and insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, independent and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Material Planning & Inventory Control

• Develop and execute material requirements plans based on sales and production schedules.

• Monitor material deliveries to ensure alignment with production requirements.

• Establish and maintain appropriate safety stock levels.

• Handle material shortages, excess inventory and other material-related issues.

Supplier & Material Coordination

• Monitor supplier delivery performance and follow up on material deliveries.

• Track material returns and exchanges, and report any abnormalities.

• Coordinate with the Program Manager, Supply Chain and Inventory teams to align demand forecasts with inventory planning.

• Organise and prepare materials without a Bill of Materials (BOM) or process route.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare monthly reports on obsolete and slow-moving inventory.

• Recommend solutions for material disposal, reallocation and inventory optimisation.

• Identify material planning issues and provide timely updates to management.

• Assist the Planning Manager with assigned tasks and report work progress regularly.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

• Full Attendance Incentive: RM300.00 per month
• Meal Subsidy: RM60.00 per month, credited to the employee's access card
• Parking Subsidy: RM30.00 per month, subject to the applicable conditions
