Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, tender documentation, contract negotiations and project cost control for design and build projects.

Pre-Contract

• Prepare prequalification documents, quotations and tender submissions.

• Prepare cost estimations, measurements and bills of quantities for construction projects based on tender documents, drawings and specifications.

Cost Estimation

- Develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labour and overhead costs.

Contractual Negotiations

• Negotiate and finalise contracts with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.

• Issue purchase orders for confirmation.

Quantity Takeoff

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and assist in the preparation of bills of quantities.

Management Application

• Assist in project scope management, ensuring proper documentation, administrative paperwork and approval processes, including progress claims and project reports.

Quality Assurance

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards are maintained while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with project teams, interior designers, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project goals and resolve cost-related issues.
