We are a leading Trading Company handling FAST MOVING CONSUMER PRODUCTS in Sarawak and Sabah.

Account Clerk

Job Description:

• Handle daily Official Receipt posting and ensure payments are accurately recorded.
• Perform customer account knock-off and ensure payments are matched against the correct invoices.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and payment status.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding and overdue payments.
• Handle cash collection and coordinate with Sales team on collection matters.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Perform other Account related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
