• Manage project teams, site operations, manpower, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, quality, safety, and timelines.

• Lead business development, tendering, client relationships, and commercial activities.

• Manage and develop staff and improve company productivity.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore construction and safety requirements.

• Report to the Directors on company performance and business development.

• Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency and profitability.
