About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and enthuciastic FINANCE MANAGER to support our business development and daily activities and strengthen our operations by providing accurate budgeting, profit and loss and manage company accounting and make sure all records are properly maintained and control expenses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the hotel's overall financial operations and accounting activities.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Track revenue, expenses, and profitability to ensure financial targets are achieved.
  • Control costs and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely payments to suppliers and staff.
  • Oversee payroll and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Ensure accurate financial records and maintain strong internal controls.
  • Coordinate audits and comply with company policies and government regulations.
  • Monitor resident billing, service charges, and collection of outstanding payments.
  • Support the General Manager and department heads with financial analysis and business decisions.
  • Manage fixed assets, inventory, and capital expenditure projects.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior management accounting position.
  • Experience in managing full spectrum of an accounting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
