Job Description & Requirements
Our client is a
leading logistics company
. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a
Shipping Assistant Manager / Senior Executive
to join their team. They are located at
in the East
.
Salary:
$4,500 - $4,700
Working Days:
6 days a week
Duties of Shipping AM / Senior Executive:
Handle and coordinate daily
shipping and logistics operations
.
Manage
import and export shipment documentation
and related processes.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, freight forwarders and relevant parties to ensure shipments are processed in a timely manner.
Perform shipment processing, transactions and related activities using
SAP
.
Ensure shipping activities comply with internal procedures, operational requirements and customer requirements.
Support operational reporting and assist with
process improvement initiatives
.
Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational or documentation issues when required.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on
SAP experience
.
Prior experience within the
semiconductor industry is essential
.
