ACMV BIM Modeller – Singapore

Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and update ACMV/HVAC BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, layouts, and shop drawings based on project requirements.
• Coordinate ACMV models with architectural, structural, electrical, and other MEP services.
• Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools.
• Assist with BIM documentation, revisions, and project submissions.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure accurate installation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant ACMV/HVAC BIM experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP/BIM and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of ACMV/HVAC systems and MEP coordination.
• Candidates with Singapore construction/project experience will be an advantage.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
