Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Handle AP, AR, invoicing, collections and bank reconciliation
• Prepare cash flow reports, GST documents and financial records
• Process invoices and credit notes in Xero
• Manage the full procurement cycle for office and farm requirements
• Coordinate suppliers, freight forwarders and inbound shipments
• Monitor inventory and replenish operational materials
• Maintain fixed asset records, tagging, depreciation and annual verification
• Support ISO records, licence renewals, insurance and SFA submissions

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience in accounts and procurement
• Knowledge of AP, AR, bank reconciliation and GST
• Xero experience preferred
• Manufacturing, food production or agriculture experience is an advantage
• Organized, meticulous and able to work independently

Pay: $3,600.00 - $3,800.00 per month
