Provide support in preventive and routine medical care activities under the direction and supervision of the attending doctor and senior nursing personnel.

Monitor the general health and well-being of residents, and assist with the coordination and supervision of routine medical and nursing care.

Supervise nursing aides and health attendants in carrying out their assigned duties, and monitor their performance in accordance with established procedures.

Provide appropriate assistance and support during emergencies at the Home, and promptly escalate situations to the doctor, registered nurse or relevant emergency services as required.
