Job Description:

Location: Mentakab – Merapoh, Pahang

Requirements

• Diploma/Sijil in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in civil works, slope stabilisation, drainage, earthworks, retaining structures, or railway projects is preferred.
• Good understanding of site inspection procedures and quality requirements.
• Ability to work independently and in challenging site environments.
• Possession of KTMB 038 Card will be an added advantage and given priority consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor civil construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct routine site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Record site progress, report defects/non-conformance, and monitor corrective actions.
• Verify workmanship quality and material compliance.
• Assist Resident Engineer in ensuring construction activities comply with safety and project requirements.

Work Location: In person
