Tanggungjawab

  • 8+ years ServiceNow implementation experience, with at least 3 full-lifecycle CSM implementations as Solution Architect
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Case Management, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and SLA/OLA configuration
  • Demonstrated experience designing event-driven integrations with ERP/procurement platforms (SAP, Ivalua/AcuBuy-class systems, or equivalent)
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform integration (RubiCon or equivalent) is a strong plus
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator) mandatory; CIS-CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management) strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to own client-facing architecture conversations, including defending design/effort decisions under commercial pressure (BAFO-style negotiations)
  • Experience working in telecom, shared services, or GBS/BPO environments is preferred
