Roles and Responsibilities

1. Perform First of Article (FOA) and Last of Article (LOA) Inspection according to Inspection Plan.
2. Release MP sample to Mass Production.
3. Perform 2 hourly checking on appearance during production run and recorded in the inspection record.
4. Submit measurement sample 4 hourly to Metrology Lab and confirm the measurement data.
5. Ensure the conformance to specification are followed.
6. Fully understand on limit sample provided.
7. Control on nonconformance part with identification.
8. Follow up on Rework/Sorting activities on non-conformance parts.
9. Issued Failure Report if found nonconformance part.
10. Practice safety and health ethics within the organization.
11. Carry out task as per assign by Superior / Department Head as when required.

Competency Requirement

1. Able to understand standard procedure / work instruction
2. Able to work with minimum supervision
3. Good eyesight
4. Ability to stand at workstation for extended periods.
5. Must be able to make Visual Inspection for prolonged periods.
