Are you passionate about fitness and helping people achieve their goals? Are you energetic, driven, and motivated to bring out the best in yourself and others?

We are looking for a Fitness Coach who is highly skilled in coaching HYROX and functional fitness classes. If you love inspiring people, delivering great workouts, and challenging members to push their limits, this exciting opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality, engaging and motivating HYROX and functional fitness group classes.
  • Coach members on proper techniques, movements, endurance and strength training.
  • Provide excellent service to existing and potential members.
  • Ensure members enjoy a positive, safe and inspiring workout experience.
  • Work towards achieving personal training sales targets as a team.
  • Actively promote club memberships and support membership retention initiatives.
  • Design and customise effective personal training programmes based on clients' fitness goals.
  • Conduct fitness assessments, complimentary sessions and programme reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to grow your personal training client base.
  • Maintain accurate client progress and training records.

Absolute Essentials

  • Strong experience and ability to confidently coach HYROX or functional fitness group classes.
  • Good knowledge of strength, conditioning, endurance and functional training.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and engage members of different fitness levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Strong passion for fitness and helping others succeed.
  • Fun, energetic and positive personality.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a willingness to achieve targets.

Bonus: Previous HYROX coaching experience, HYROX competition participation or relevant fitness certifications will be an added advantage.
