- Design and implement talent management and leadership development initiatives to strengthen leadership capabilities and support workforce priorities.
- Partner with HR teams and business leaders to identify development needs and build targeted interventions for key talent segments.
- Support the design and delivery of enterprise leadership, career development and talent programmes to strengthen organisational capability.
- Manage the end-to-end development experience of scholars and emerging talent, including onboarding, rotations, development planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor progress and career aspirations of high-potential talent, partnering with stakeholders to support their growth and development
- Facilitate succession planning and talent review discussions, supporting leaders in identifying talent needs, development actions and succession priorities.
- Coordinate and support talent management processes and governance activities, ensuring quality inputs, consistency of approach and timely reporting.
- Track and analyse talent-related data and trends to assess programme effectiveness, identify talent risks and support workforce decisions.
