Responsibilities

• Conduct transaction quality checks covering AML Notice 626, KYC, name screening, EDD and Fair Dealing outcomes.
• Perform basic AI validation, including bias checks, drift monitoring and prompt injection testing.
• Track staff completion of TRM, AML and AI Acceptable Use training, following up to achieve at least 95% completion.
• Maintain a centralised, indexed and version-controlled compliance evidence repository covering Governance, Inventory, Assurance, Controls, BCM and Training.
• Prepare accurate, evidence-based QA reports, track remediation actions and ensure documentation is complete and ready for audits and MAS inspections.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in banking operations QA, compliance monitoring, audit or a related control-focused role.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC, name screening, EDD and transaction quality reviews.
• Proficient in Excel, with strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills.
• Meticulous and well-organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on issues until closure.
• Basic understanding of AI governance and testing, or willingness to learn.
