We’re Hiring | Debt Market Analyst

Are you passionate about Debt Capital Markets and excited by the opportunity to structure and execute financing solutions that make an impact?

We are looking for a Debt Market Analyst to join our team and contribute to the origination, structuring and execution of a wide range of debt market transactions.

What you’ll be involved in:

• Structuring and executing Sukuk, Bonds and Syndicated Loans
• Supporting deal origination, pitching and mandate procurement
• Evaluating financing structures, credit parameters and project viability
• Supporting syndication and bookbuilding exercises
• Preparing term sheets, Information Memorandums and transaction documentation
• Coordinating due diligence, legal documentation and regulatory requirements
• Working closely with clients, regulators, solicitors and internal stakeholders
• Supporting submissions under the SC Lodge & Launch (LOLA) Framework and other applicable regulatory requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
• Relevant experience within banking, investment banking, debt capital markets or related financial services
• Good understanding of Sukuk, Bonds, Syndicated Loans and financial markets
• Knowledge of capital-market regulations and the Malaysian regulatory environment
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• A proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced deal environment
