Responsibilities:
ID Lifecycle Management: Create, delete, reset, and suspend user IDs across systems and applications according to approved change requests.
Access Revalidation & Compliance: Conduct regular ID and privilege authorization revalidations, remediate deviations, and provide documentation for IT audits.
Troubleshoot ID-related issues: Issue PIN mailers, and handle phone/ email enquiries from users.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date ID administration documents and provide accurate daily reports.
Operational Alignment: Follow workplace security policies, escalate complex issues to support teams, and complete tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server
Good communication skills
Basic IT knowledge
