What you'll do:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and support of custom financial solutions.

• Collaborate with project managers to define and align resource plans with project schedules.

• Drive technical execution, ensuring the project meets scope and timeline.

• Work closely with customers to gather and finalize technical specifications.

• Guide the team with expertise, ensure adherence to quality standards, and support their growth.

What is needed from you:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent.

• Familiar with frameworks like Spring Boot or Microservices.

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-team coordination.
