REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge and application of quality tools and problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D, FMEA, IPCA, APQP, DMAIC, SPC/Control Charts, PDCA).
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100 (Aerospace), or NADCAP requirements is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead quality functions to meet customer requirements, achieve quality objectives, ensure process effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and manage internal product quality metrics, including First Pass Yield (FPY), Material Quality (MQ), and Component Quality (CQ).
• Conduct scheduled product and process audits to verify compliance with specifications, quality standards, and the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) and coordinate root-cause problem-solving activities using structured methodologies (8D, DMAIC, PDCA).
• Manage external quality performance metrics, customer complaints, Notification of Escapes (NOE), and concession requests.
• Oversee product compliance activities, including Process Qualification, First Article Inspection (FAI), Process Compliance Assessments, and Certificates of Conformance (C of C).
• Generate and present regular Quality Reports, escalate critical quality matters to senior management, and promote quality awareness/adherence across departments.
• Initiate and participate in major company-wide quality programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
