Job Description

·      We are looking for an experienced Gemini Enterprise Agent Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and govern enterprise AI agents using Gemini Enterprise, Gemini models, and Vertex AI. 

Key Responsibilities 

·      Design and develop multi-agent solutions, including orchestration, grounding, enterprise search, and data connectors. 

·      Build and optimize RAG pipelines, prompt strategies, and tool/function calling. Implement AI governance controls, access management, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and audit logging. 

·      Monitor agent performance, security, compliance, accuracy, and reliability. 

·      Automate agent configuration, evaluation, and deployment using Python and APIs. 

·      Collaborate with AI engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to deliver production-ready solutions. 

Required Skills 

·      7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, Applied AI, or GenAI platform engineering. 

·      Hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise / Agentspace agent development and configuration. 

·      Strong expertise in Gemini models, Vertex AI, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and multi-agent orchestration. 

·      Practical experience in AI governance, responsible AI, access controls, and evaluation frameworks. 

·      Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of GCP, including IAM and Cloud Storage. 

·      Google Cloud certifications. 

·      Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes/GKE, CI/CD, and monitoring tools such as Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, or Grafana. 

·      Familiarity with Model Armor and enterprise AI risk management.
