Job Summary
Get Out! Events seeks a
Senior Event Manager with at least 7 years' experience
to lead our largest corporate events and key client accounts as we scale. You will own delivery and commercial results across your portfolio, lead and develop our events team, and play a key role in launching our first conference.

Responsibilities
Lead key client accounts
and our largest events, including corporate events, summits and multi-day conferences, from pitch to post-event review
Convert and deliver inbound demand
: support pitches, turn enquiries into confirmed events, and grow repeat business
Own commercial performance
: pricing, quotations, budgets and
project margins
across your portfolio
Help launch our first conference
: plan the delegate experience, programme operations, venue, vendors and on-site delivery, working with the founders and partners
Lead, coach and review the work of
Event Managers, Junior Events Managers and Event Executives, including allocating projects and checking quality before delivery
Build systems that scale
: delivery standards, SOPs and templates, including how the team uses AI tools
Act as
senior on-site lead
for high-stakes events, handling escalations and senior client stakeholders
Build and manage
strategic vendor and venue partnerships
, and negotiate rates and terms
Requirements
At least 7 years
of event management experience, including
at least 5 years full-time at an events agency
(corporate events, MICE, experiential or conferences)
Proven record of
leading large-scale events independently
, with full client and budget ownership
Conference or summit experience
(programme, speakers, sponsors or delegate management) is a strong advantage
Strong commercial sense:
pricing, costing, margin control
and vendor negotiation
At least 2 years leading or managing
event staff
Comfortable in a fast-growing environment, where you help build processes as well as follow them
Confident with senior client stakeholders, both in pitches and on event days
Open to new ways of working, including AI tools
Other Information
Full-time position based in Singapore
Salary range:
SGD 5,800 to SGD 6,500 per month
Working hours: weekdays,
10am to 6pm
Occasional evening and weekend work during events
