Job Description & Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Diploma level education, but not essential, with 3-5 years progressive experience in B2Bsales and be based in Singapore. Experience in lighting or electrical sales would also be preferred but again, not essential.
You must present a professional image and have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. As a Regional Sales Manager you will drive the adoption and sale of LED light fixtures to our target markets. These include Oil and Gas, Heavy and Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Area and Security, Warehousing, Cool Room, Petrochemical, Wastewater, Power Generation and Institutions of all sorts. A good working knowledge of Salesforce, Outlook, Excel and Power Point is desirable.
The successful candidate will manage our business in Singapore and Malaysia. You will interface daily with End Users, distributors and wholesalers (electrical/lighting), Electrical contractors, specifiers, and EPC's. You need to be very well organised, hardworking, comfortable with hands-on selling and demonstration of Dialight product capabilities and technology.
Our purpose is to improve the world we live in through intelligent LED lighting technologies. We enable industrial customers operating in demanding environments to reduce their costs and carbon footprint while maximising the safety and productivity of their facilities.
We place heavy emphasis on end user and EPC calls to drive understanding and acceptance of the tremendous benefits of Dialight LED technology. You will need to be a "team first" person and be able to collaborate with other regional sales team members, Director of Sales – Asia& The Middle East and the rest of our team across APAC region.
