We are looking for a passionate, caring and dedicated Preschool English Teacher / Early Years Educator to join our team at Cambridge Pre-school @ Holland.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, values teamwork and is committed to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate, engaging and hands-on learning experiences based on the centre's curriculum.

• Support children's holistic development through play-based learning, exploration and meaningful interactions.

• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence and confidence.

• Observe, assess and document children's learning and developmental progress.

• Support children's daily routines, including meals, toileting, hygiene and rest time.

• Build positive and trusting relationships with children and their families.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's learning, development and well-being.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues in lesson planning, classroom management and school activities.

• Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety and hygiene standards.

• Participate in centre events, staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations and centre policies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY/EY2) or ECDA L1 certification.

• Candidates with ECDA L2 certification are also welcome to apply.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Passionate about working with young children.

• Patient, nurturing, responsible and enthusiastic.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
