Job Summary

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to manage the post-sale order lifecycle. You will take over the account the moment a deal is closed, ensuring smooth processing and exceptional communication. You will serve as the critical bridge between sales, customers, and fulfillment, proactively resolving order discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Customer Orders: Accurately enter and manage incoming purchase orders into the system.
  • Identify Order Discrepancies: Review POs to instantly spot pricing errors, item mismatches, or unrealistic delivery timelines.
  • Solve Customer Issues: Contact customers immediately regarding out-of-stock items, short delivery dates, or pricing issues.
  • Negotiate Solutions: Work collaboratively with customers to find mutually agreeable alternatives and solutions.
  • Coordinate Internally: Align with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to confirm stock availability and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain Order Accuracy: Track orders from entry to delivery, updating customers proactively on their order status.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or order processing.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to handle customer objections and resolve order conflicts smoothly.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in data entry and a sharp eye for finding errors in numerical data or contracts.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Autocount or standard order management tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Excel).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
