Join UST as a Business Development Manager and drive strategic growth across Singapore Government Agencies and GLCs. If you have a proven track record in enterprise technology sales and public sector engagement, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales and business development within the Singapore Public Sector.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Lead RFPs, tenders, and complex deal pursuits through closure.
- Develop CXO-level relationships and strategic account plans.
- Position solutions across Cloud, AI, Data, ERP, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation.
- Collaborate with technology partners, hyperscalers, OEMs, and delivery teams to win business.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, IT services, or technology sales.
- Strong experience selling to Singapore Government/Public Sector organizations.
- Proven success in closing large, complex technology deals.
- Solid understanding of public sector procurement, tenders, and contracting processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Established network within the Singapore Public Sector ecosystem.
- Experience with OEMs, hyperscalers, System Integrators, and large digital transformation programs.
