Key Responsibilities for thenew role
Support in managing inventory, stock allocation/movement between warehouses, and purchase orders.
Support shipping schedules, finance requests, and product fulfilment.
Process MDF claim documents and track status.
Assist in campaign and event execution, including setup and reporting.
Coordinate promoter arrangements and support ad hoc promotions/projects.
Work closely with internal teams, retailers, and external partners for smooth operations
Forecast overseas ordering of products
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and deliver with minimal mistakes.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
