About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Executive, Group OEM to join the dynamic team at APM CORPORATE SERVICES SDN BHD in Port Klang, Selangor.

The role involves coordinating administrative and sales-related activities for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations, ensuring smooth departmental workflows, compliance with organizational standards, and the effective and timely execution of tasks to achieve departmental objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in achieving departmental goals : Coordinate and support the team to achieve specific operational objectives.
• Payment follow-up : Ensure payment collection are within the payment term.
• Customer and internal queries : Address requests related to quotations, quality, and delivery schedules, project follow up.
• IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 Compliance : Monitor subsidiary company to ensure compliance with quality and environmental management systems.
• Market data collection and analysis.

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role preferable.
• Valid driving license.
• Strong commitment to addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Problem solving skills and logic thinking to handle discrepancies and identify improvement opportunities.
• Effective communication to convey messages to customer or internal team.
• Able to pick up and assimilate relevant information quickly and easily
