Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Bio-Engineering, Physiotherapy, Sports Science, or an equivalent field.

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required.

• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within the country.

• Excellent communication and selling skills with strong leadership qualities.

• Proactive, responsible, and committed to completing assigned tasks.

• Manage the sales and promotion of medical devices to existing and potential clients.

• Establish new business accounts and build relationships with stakeholders, including government authorities, medical facilities, consultants, senior care operators, insurance providers, and related industry stakeholders.

• Develop and implement business strategies to penetrate new markets and safeguard existing market share.

• Organize and conduct Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and user training.

• Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and roadshows to generate sales opportunities.

• Prepare and negotiate tender documents and trade deals.

• Conduct periodic assessments and reviews of business performance in accordance with the Company's direction.
