Roles and Responsibilities:
Station at stores located in various shopping malls
Attend to walk in customers, demonstrate products according to their needs
Responsible for day-to-day retail operations and sales achievement of given target
Communicate to customers about on-going promotions and offers
Requirements:
Customer service experience in retail industry
Good communication skills & team player
Sales driven and Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Maintain positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
Have a cheerful spirit and is always willing to help out
